Under article EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, users are hereby informed of the terms of access to the www.supergrid-institute.com website.
The user acknowledges having read this legal notice and undertakes to respect it. The user acknowledges having checked that the computer configuration that they are using does not contain any viruses or any other “malicious software”, and that it is in perfect working order. The user is solely responsible for choosing, using and interpreting the data that they consult, query and transfer on the Internet.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small file that requests permission to be installed on your computer’s hard drive. The file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or stores your information when you visit a particular site. The first time you connect to the SuperGrid Institute website, a banner appears at the bottom of your screen, requesting your consent to install cookies (small text files) on your computer. The entire site, in particular its content, text, images, video, photographs, downloadable documents, videos, sounds, and all other elements that form part of the portal, are the exclusive property of SuperGrid Institute or are regularly used under license. The entire site is subject to French and international legislation with regards to copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic or photographic representations. Any total or partial use, copy, representation or reproduction, publication, download, display, transmission or distribution of this portal in any form whatsoever, without SuperGrid Institute’s express authorisation, is prohibited and will be considered as an infringement of the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code (article L.122-4), unless expressly authorised by the applicable law.
Similarly, it is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce SuperGrid Institute’s name and/or its logo, which are protected by copyright and registered with the Intellectual Property offices. Any total or partial reproduction without the express authorisation of SuperGrid Institute is prohibited in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. This restriction also applies to the trademarks and/or logos of SuperGrid Institute’s business partners that are shown on the website.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The data you provide when you fill in forms on the SuperGrid Institute website is used to direct your requests to the relevant departments. SuperGrid Institute undertakes to process personal data for internal use only, and to guarantee its confidentiality. Under no circumstances is it transferred to a third party.
Your data may be kept for a period of two (2) years following the last contact between you and SuperGrid Institute unless you notify us that you withdraw your consent to do so.
You may exercise your right to access, correct (notably if there are inaccuracies in the data collected), delete, limit the processing of or oppose the processing of your personal data, under the conditions provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the European Regulation of the 27th April 2016 (UE 2016/679) on the protection of individuals in regards to the protection of their personal data.

GENERAL CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND THE VIRTUAL LIBRARY
Subject
The learning environment and the virtual library are spaces that have been created and are managed by SuperGrid Institute, hosted on its website. These platforms facilitate networking between its employees and future partners.
The tools published in these spaces are only accessible to users who have been invites by SuperGrid Institute to create and complete their profile.
Access to these spaces may be suspended, particularly for maintenance and updates. SuperGrid Institute is not responsible for any consequences that may arise for the user.
Terms and conditions of use
By using SuperGrid Institute’s learning environment and virtual library, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and that you have read these terms and conditions of use of the service.
In addition, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use this service for professional purposes only.
- Not use different email addresses to create multiple accounts.
- Not publish or disseminate content that is inaccurate, defamatory, derogatory or contrary to morality or good morals.
- Not impersonate another person.
- Not publish content that is defamatory, derogatory or contrary to morality or good morals.
- Not publish advertising messages.
- Inform SuperGrid Institute if your account is used fraudulently or if you lose your login details.
In the event of non-compliance with this charter, SuperGrid Institute reserves the right to delete your user account.
Termination
The user is free to delete their account at any time, with or without reason, simply by writing to dpo@supergrid-institute.com.
Termination will result in the permanent deletion of the account and all data concerning the user.
APPLICABLE LAW
The SuperGrid Institute website and this legal notice are governed by French law. Any dispute or litigation relating thereto shall be exclusively resolved by the appropriate French court.
